Confession #5 – I ate a Chicago-style hot dog and cheese cake bites for lunch the day before I started the fix. I binge ate that whole week, actually. And, by Friday, I felt like total CRAP. The first week of the fix was like a detox for me, but I felt lighter, stronger and more energized in just days. I’ll always love food, both healthy and not. But I will never let myself feel that way again. Eat like crap, feel like crap. It’s really that simple.
