Food prep – Mini Mason Jar Oatmeal

Stay on track by planning easy breakfasts!  I make these – 1/2 banana (you can use any fruit!) with 1 YELLOW of old fashioned oats and water. Add cinnamon and place in the fridge. They stay for a few days! I warm for 30 seconds before eating.
