This is the third week of cooperative clean eating at work and it’s still going great…and several of my co-workers are feeling the benefits of more energy and looser clothes! If you eat lunch with a group at work, give this concept a try!

For a couple of days we ate this delicious Spinach Salad with Chicken, Oranges and Quinoa. I topped mine with some goat cheese, avocado and a DELISH homemade dressing (fresh squeezed orange juice, honey, olive oil and cilantro). So light and refreshing, yet totally yummy.
Towards the end of the week, we made these easy Greek wraps! And we munched on the leftover mango and oranges.
