Spaghetti Squash – the EASY way! {Video Tutorial}

Spaghetti squash is a great option for anyone on a 21 Day Fix lifestyle. One of the most frequently asked questions I get is how to make Spaghetti Squash.

Honestly, guys, it really couldn’t be any easier, especially if you cook it in the microwave!  Check out the video below for a quick tutorial.
