Yoga Sundays

Confession #47

I used to skip the yoga workouts on Sundays when I first started the FIX.
I guess I wanted a day when I didn’t have to push play. You get that, right?
But then I started incorporating it into my week and remembered why yoga, stretching, and meditation are so important for the body. For the mind.
And while I usually hate yoga DVDs, I love both the regular and extreme versions of yoga. I could kind of kick myself for missing out those first few rounds.
So take time today to push play and refresh your body and spirit. Set your intentions for the week. And thank your body for working so hard for you.
