Confession #17 – Mashed cauliflower is freaking good.

Unless you need a recipe- here’s what I did to keep this#21dayfixapproved
1. Boil cauliflower florets until soft. Drain and place back in a covered pot for 5 mins. Don’t skip this step. Or else.
2. Add cauliflower, garlic powder, 2tbsp of Parmesan cheese and 2 tbsp of Greek yogurt to the food processor. Pulse until it’s mashed, whipped, and lovely.
3. Eat every last bit because you can. Or measure out a green. Your choice.
