That’s normal, right?
You don’t have to answer that.
But you should try this little concoction, created on one of my daily commutes home.
I’m just saying…this one is a game changer.
Quinoa Crusted Chicken
1/4 cup of cooked quinoa
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp parmesan cheese
3 chicken tenderloins
1. Beat the egg
2. Mix quinoa with spices and cheese.
3. Dip chicken in egg, then use quinoa mixture for breading.
4. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spray with olive oil spray.
5. Bake at 400 for 8-10 minutes on each side until the chicken is cooked through and the quinoa is golden brown.
Simple, but SOOOO much potential.
Think buffalo tenders…chicken PARM.
I can’t freaking wait.
