Sweet ricotta cream stuffed strawberries are a quick, easy, healthy, and delicious 21 Day Fix sweet treat.
- 1/2 cup strawberries, hollowed out
- 1/3 cup ricotta cheese
- Liquid stevia
- Pure vanilla extract
- Add a few drops of stevia, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla and a dash of cinnamon to the ricotta cheese and mix.
- Taste and add more stevia or cinnamon as needed.
- Fill the strawberries with the sweetened ricotta.
