I never thought I would do anything like this. I am not a chef, a sales person, an athlete, or someone who “diets.” I’m a mom. A teacher. I have a slight obsession with food, especially chocolate. Ok, and pizza. But last year, I accepted a challenge to eat right and workout for 21 full days.
And in just 21 Days, I learned a ton about clean eating, nutrition, and lost the rest of my pregnancy weight with real food (yes – chocolate and pizza included) and doable workouts. I became a coach and decided to start this blog to show the world that healthy food CAN be delicious.
