Copy cat Panera hummus is not only 21 Day Fix approved, it tastes even better than the restaurant version!
- 1 can of chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- Juice of a lemon
- Juice of a lime
- 1tbsp fresh cilantro
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 jalapeño, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1–2 tbsp of water
- Add all ingredients to your food processor.
- Mix until smooth, adding more water if necessary.
- Measure out a BLUE container and enjoy with veggies, on a spoon, or in your own copy cat Power Bowl.
