  • 32 oz of organic, low sodium vegetable or chicken stock

  • 1 lb chicken breasts

Tuesday: Healthy Shepherds Pie {21 Day Fix} (Make this ahead of time!  It also freezes wonderfully)

Groceries:

  • olive oil or coconut oil cooking spray
  • carrots
  • celery
  • onion
  • chicken broth
  • tomato paste
  • 1 lb organic lean ground turkey
  • cauliflower
  • red potatoes
  • vegan butter, olive oil, or ghee

Wednesday: Baked Lemon Garlic Chicken {21 Day Fix} with 21 Day Fix Three Cheese Zucchini Bake

Groceries:

  • 1 1/4 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • olive oil

  • lemon
  • fresh thyme (or dried)
  • 2 maple syrup (or honey)
  • red chili flakes

  • fresh or dried basil
  • Italian seasoning

  • shredded mozzarella cheese
  • shredded Parmesan or Romano cheese
  • feta cheese

  • 2lbs of lean, grass fed ground beef
  • seasoned breadcrumbs (we use gluten free)

  • 2 eggs
  • shredded pecorino romano
  • dry or fresh parsley
  • tomato sauce

Friday: Mini Zucchini Pizzas {21 Day Fix}

Groceries:

  • homemade tomato sauce or store bought, no sugar added
  • zucchini
  • shredded parmesan OR shredded mozzarella
  • garlic powder
  • crushed red pepper
