I realized I never shared my final Country Heat results pics…here they are!
I’m still in such awe of how this program changed my body and made me feel. I have been (kinda) following the deluxe calendar, which has given me a few new workouts. And apparently Autumn is releasing more on Beachbody On Demand before the end of the year. Exciting stuff.
I think the last time I wrote, I planned to do another full round of Country Heat before moving onto my next program.
You know I am always honest with you, right?
I haven’t exactly followed that plan.
Life has been hard lately. We have some things going on here and even on the days I have been pressing play, I have been going through the motions and not giving it my all. I can’t get my head into it.
Which is tough, because my workouts are usually my stress relief. My time to clear my head.
And so, I’ve decided to take a break from it all and commit to the 3 Week Yoga Retreat on Beachbody On Demand.
I have to admit, I am a little worried that doing three weeks of just yoga won’t be enough to maintain the results from Country Heat. And I know I won’t have time to double up most days.
But I’m still going to give it a try, so I can hopefully reset my mind a little bit.
