Ingredients

  • 2 cucumbers seeded and diced
  • 1 cantaloupe seeded and diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
  • Squeeze of fresh lemon I used my Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar
  • Drizzle of honey if you feel you need it

Instructions

  • Mix everything together in a serving bowl and enjoy!
