21 Day Fix Peppermint Mocha {featuring the El Gato Malo French Press}

A healthy twist on the Holiday Favorite coffee beverage, Peppermint Mocha.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup freshly brewed coffee
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1/8-1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon cocoa powder also yummy without this!
  • Stevia I used 1 packet

Instructions

  • Carefully blend all ingredients for 10-20 seconds or until frothy. Be sure to take care when opening blender.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

Be careful when blending a hot liquid - it's best to keep the lid cracked open.
