Ingredients

  • 1 cup orange juice chilled, fresh squeezed or store bought with pulp
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries with green tops removed
  • 25 ounce champagne chilled (Brut, Cava, or dry Prosecco are all good options)

Instructions

  • Puree your strawberries in a high speed blender or food processor, adding some of the fresh orange juice as necessary to properly puree.
  • Divide strawberry mixture into the bottom of 4 champagne flutes.
  • Holding your glass at an angle, fill your champagne flute about ¾ of the way with your Prosecco, Cava, or Brut.
  • Top with fresh or store bought orange juice
  • Alternatively, you can blend the strawberries and orange juice together and mix with champagne and serve that way.  Both options are yummy!
