These festive holiday bruschetta appetizers are topped with crunchy apples, sweet pomegranate seeds, creamy goat cheese, and a drizzle of pure honey.

Ingredients

  • 8 gluten free or multigrain crackers
  • 1/3 cup goat cheese
  • 1/2 Granny Smith apple sliced
  • 1 Tbsp Pomegranate seeds you could also sub craisins or cranberries
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions

  • Spread goat cheese evenly on your crackers. Add an apple slice on top.
  • Drizzle 1 tsp honey over entire plate, and then top with 1 Tbsp pomegranate seeds. Enjoy!
