- 8 gluten free or multigrain crackers
- 1/3 cup goat cheese
- 1/2 Granny Smith apple sliced
- 1 Tbsp Pomegranate seeds you could also sub craisins or cranberries
- 1 teaspoon honey
Spread goat cheese evenly on your crackers. Add an apple slice on top.
Drizzle 1 tsp honey over entire plate, and then top with 1 Tbsp pomegranate seeds. Enjoy!
