Ingredients

  • 2 large cucumbers seeded and diced
  • 1 cantaloupe seeded and diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint chopped
  • Squeeze fresh lemon I used my Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar
  • Drizzle honey optional, to taste

Instructions

  • Mix everything together in a serving bowl and enjoy!
