Watermelon feta blueberry salad with fresh mint is something fun, festive, and FIX approved for your Fourth of July cookout!
I’ve seen such cute ideas on Pinterest- love all the fruit kabobs with seasonal berries and homemade yogurt pops.
How did we ever plan parties before Pinterest?
Anyway – I plan on pinning this! I love the combination of feta and watermelon…and why not add the sweet-tart flavor of fresh blueberries?
You could make a patriotic platter and have your guests serve themselves.
This would be great alone or on a bed of arugula, drizzled with some fresh lemon and olive oil dressing.
Or you can mix it up yourself. Fresh mint really takes it up a notch. Even my picky 5 year old loves her watermelon with mint!
If you try this salad, let me know what you think!
Here’s the festive watermelon feta blueberry salad recipe. Enjoy!
If you will be serving this salad to a crowd of people, double the recipe.
