A healthy twist on the Holiday Favorite coffee beverage, Peppermint Mocha.
- 1 cup of freshly brewed coffee
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1/8–1/4 tsp of peppermint extract
- 1/4 – 1/2 tsp cocoa powder (also yummy without this!)
- stevia (I used 1 packet)
- Carefully blend all ingredients for 10-20 seconds or until frothy. Be sure to take care when opening blender.
