I have another healthy meal plan for you Fixers and Shift Shoppers…and for anyone in the latter group, we are taking full advantage of potatoes this week before they disappear for week three! Don’t worry – I still have lots of delicious ideas for you next week…I’ve got ya!
And these recipes use many of the same ingredients, so on food prep day chop up your carrots, celery, and onions to make life easier!

Monday: Healthy Shepherds Pie {21 Day Fix} – Make this ahead of time!
Groceries:
- olive oil or coconut oil cooking spray
- carrots
- celery
- onion
- chicken broth
- tomato paste
- 1 lb organic lean ground turkey
- i head of cauliflower
- 2 cups of red potatoes
- vegan butter, olive oil, or ghee
Tuesday: Easy 21 Day Fix Chicken Veggie Soup {Stovetop, Instant Pot, Slow Cooker}
Groceries:
- carrots
- celery
- onion
- garlic
- zucchini
- fresh string beans
- spinach
- 32 oz of organic, low sodium vegetable or chicken stock
- 1 can of diced tomatoes (or sub fresh)
- 1 lb chicken breasts
- Parmesan cheese
- olive oil cooking spray
Wednesday: Sloppy Joe Stuffed Sweet Potatoes {21 Day Fix}
Groceries:
- 2 sweet potatoes
- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- onion
- 1 green pepper
- garlic
- chili powder
- cumin
- honey (or maple syrup)
- 1 14 oz can of diced tomatoes
- 1 6 oz can of tomato paste
Thursday: Buffalo Chicken Chili {21 Day Fix }
Groceries:
- carrots
- celery
- garlic
- onion
- 1 – 1 1/2 pounds of lean ground chicken
- 1 28oz can of diced tomatoes
- chili powder
- hot sauce,
- plain Greek yogurt
- blue cheese crumbles
- cooking spray
- chives
Friday: Blue Cheese Burgers {21 Day Fix }, side salad and spicy sweet potato fries
Groceries:
- 1 1/2 lb extra lean ground sirloin

- Himalayan salt
- olive oil
- salad greens
- 2 large sweet potatoes
- extra-virgin olive oil
