I made these festive holiday bruschetta appetizers on Thanksgiving. They were gone so fast, I didn’t even get a picture…or seconds.
Although my version was not FIX approved because of the French bread, they are easily FIXED to be just that. You could use FIX approved wraps, whole grain French bread, or little multi-grain crackers like I did here. These crackers happen to also be gluten free!
While I first made them for Thanksgiving, I think the colors are perfect for a holiday brunch or party! So festive!
And you don’t need an event to enjoy these holiday bruschetta, because they also make a yummy and healthy snack anytime!
The recipe below is for one serving, in case anyone wants to have a party for one! For your event, just double or triple the batch using the handy scaling tool in the recipe card!

Festive Holiday Bruschetta {21 Day Fix}
Ingredients
- 8 gluten free or multigrain crackers
- 1/3 cup goat cheese
- 1/2 Granny Smith apple sliced
- 1 Tbsp Pomegranate seeds you could also sub craisins or cranberries
- 1 teaspoon honey
Instructions
- Spread goat cheese evenly on your crackers. Add an apple slice on top.
- Drizzle 1 tsp honey over entire plate, and then top with 1 Tbsp pomegranate seeds. Enjoy!
