All the 21 Day Fix and 2B Mindset Thanksgiving Recipes you need to have a healthy holiday and stay on track- including appetizers, sides, Turkey, and desserts!

Confession:  I am going to eat whatever I want to eat on Thanksgiving Day and I won’t spend a second feeling guilty about it.  And neither should you.  One day does NOT define you!

That being said, some of my FAVORITE Thanksgiving dishes happen to be very healthy remakes of my family’s traditional dishes.  My Sweet Potato Casserole is so good, I could eat it for dessert!  My Crispy Brussels Sprouts are downright addicting, and my mom claims my Pumpkin Pie is the best she’s ever had.

So just because we want to enjoy all the food on the holidays doesn’t mean that food needs to be unhealthy!  Take a look at this list and choose a couple dishes to try this year and make some new, healthier traditions with your family!
