21 Day Fix Meal Plan & Grocery List {21} Summer Favorites

Monday: Zucchini Crab Soup {21 Day Fix}


  • onion
  • garlic
  • 3 medium zucchini
  • 32 oz reduced sodium organic chicken broth (veggie is great, too!)
  • plain Greek yogurt
  • fresh grated Parmesan cheese
  • fresh herbs (parsley, basil, dill or thyme would all work – if desired)
  • lemon
  • Jumbo lump crab
  • olive oil

Tuesday: Chicken and Zoodles with 21 Day Fix Simple Spinach Pesto


  • 1 lb of grilled chicken breast
  • 4 cups of zoodles
  • 4 cups of spinach
  • fresh basil (if you have it. I’ve made it with and without and it’s perfect either way.)
  • garlic
  • lemon
  • 1/3 cup of a good Locatelli cheese (Pecorino Romano) or a good quality feta (SO, SO good with both)
  • olive oil

Wednesday: 21 Day Fix Turkey Burgers with Goat Cheese and Citrus Maple Dijon


  • Dijon mustard
  • maple syrup (or sub honey)
  • 1 orange
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 pound lean ground turkey or chicken
  • goat cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • arugula or mixed greens

Thursday: 21 Day Fix Spinach and Strawberry Caprese Salad


  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • balsamic vinegar
  • strawberries
  • fresh mozzarella, cut into bite size pieces
  • baby spinach
  • fresh basil
  • optional – liquid stevia

Friday: 21 Day Fix Peachy Goat Cheese Pizza


  • whole grain or gluten free wrap
  • goat cheese (I used honey goat cheese.  To die for!)
  • peaches
  • red onion
  • balsamic vinegar
  • arugula
