If you’ve been around a while, you know that periodically we like to follow a full meal plan in place of a weekly meal plan to utilize the resources that are already on the blog!
This week for our weekly plan we will follow Full plan Vol 18. It allows you to follow portion controlled nutrition easily during any time of year! Some of my favorite recipes from this plan are Maple Chicken Breakfast Sausage, Instant Pot Cheeseburger Soup, Parmesan Roasted Baby Potatoes, and Italian Pork Chops! I can’t wait!

Weight Watchers Meal Plan Followers
Even though this is a plan geared toward the Portion Fix, all recipes have WW points as well! You can utilize this plan also, since it is customizable and versatile. Just plug your points in to the WW app to start planning your week!
I love this Chicken Salad over greens and apple slices! It’s a great make-ahead lunch and fills me up quickly! Higher brackets can add some crackers too – so versatile!

It’s still important to follow the 21 Day Fix plan on Saturdays and Sundays for optimal results, but you will likely have leftover meals and ingredients after following this healthy weekly meal plan. And, so, to eliminate food waste, take inventory of your fridge and pantry at the end of the week and create a plan for the weekend.
