I made these festive holiday bruschetta appetizers on Thanksgiving. They were gone so fast, I didn’t even get a picture…or seconds.
Although my version was not FIX approved because of the French bread, they are easily FIXED to be just that. You could use FIX approved wraps, whole grain French bread, or little multi-grain crackers like I did here. These happen to also be gluten free!
And you don’t need an event to enjoy these holiday bruschetta, because they also make a yummy and healthy snack!
The recipe below is for one serving, in case anyone wants to have a party for one!

These festive holiday bruschetta appetizers are topped with crunchy apples, sweet pomegranate seeds, creamy goat cheese, and a drizzle of pure honey.
- 8 multi-grain crackers or 1 fix approved toasted wrap, cut into app size pieces
- 1/3 cup of goat cheese
- 1/2 Granny Smith apple, sliced
- pomegranate seeds (you could also sub craisins or cranberries)
- a teaspoon of honey
- Layer goat cheese on your cracker/bread of choice
- Add an apple slice
- Drizzle some honey
- Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds
