21 Day Fix Meal Plan & Grocery List {Shift Shop Week 1}

For those of you who don’t know, Beachbody just released their newest workout program, Shift Shop, and it uses the same colored containers for the nutrition plan as the 21 Day Fix.  There are some differences in the food list, however, specifically with the carbs. This plan has a much smaller yellow list (wah) and each week it gets even a little smaller.   And you will also notice that winter squash is now a yellow, too.  Oh – and there is no treat swapping of any kind.

I’m kinda scared.

I’m about to start week three of Insanity Max 30, but plan to do a round of Shift Shop after I am finished in two weeks.

Thankfully I have the ladies in my accountability group to do it with!  If you have Beachbody on demand, you can access it right away.  If you still need to upgrade, you can do so here…and drop me a message so we can Shift together.

Anyway, this week’s dinner plan is perfect for all of you Week One Shift Shoppers…this meal plan still allows for beans which will be phased out in week two. And since grains are out, I have my cauliflower rice for you on Friday…such a delicious side dish and addition to so many meals.  My husband even likes it.

So maybe Shift Shop won’t be so scary after all?  I mean…this is one yummy list!

21 Day Fix Dinner Plan & Grocery List (Shift Shop – week 1)

Monday: 

21 Day Fix Sweet Potato and Black Bean Chili

Groceries: 

  • olive oil
  • ground turkey
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 can of black beans
  • 1 can of fire roasted tomatoes
  • 1 head of kale
  • 2 med/large sweet potatoes
  • 2+ cups of chicken stock
  • 3 T salt free taco seasoning
  • chili powder
  • cayenne (optional)
  • optional – maple syrup
  • toppings:
  • cheddar cheese
  • cilantro
  • chives
  • avocado

Tuesday:

Balsamic Chicken and Zucchini Skewers {21 Day Fix}

Groceries: 

  • balsamic vinegar
  • olive oil
  • garlic
  • honey (shift shop – sub a few drops of liquid stevia)
  • dijon mustard
  • oregano
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • red onion
  • 2 medium sized zucchini
  • feta cheese

Wednesday

21 Day Fix Sausage, Bean, and Kale Skillet

Groceries: 

  • olive oil cooking spray
  • 1 package Italian chicken sausage
  • kale
  • 1 can of chickpeas
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes
  • Italian seasoning
  • shredded mozzarella

Thursday

21 Day Fix One Skillet Caprese Chicken (Shift Shop Peeps – the Spaghetti Squash gets measured and counted as a yellow!)

Groceries: 

  • olive oil
  • olive oil cooking spray
  • 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • balsamic vinegar
  • garlic
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes
  • red onion
  • basil
  • shredded mozzarella cheese
  • cooked spaghetti squash

Friday: 

Lemon Grilled Salmon {21 Day Fix}, Cauliflower Rice {21 Day Fix}

Groceries: 

  • 16 oz of wild Alaskan Salmon
  • 4 tsp olive oil
  • fresh lemon
  • cauliflower, grated or shredded
  • olive oil
  • garlic
  • cilantro
  • juice of a lime
  • sea salt

    hi me and my friend wanted to try this but we were not sure if you could lose weight. so we havent started our diet yet
