Hey everyone!
I took a little break from these weekly meal plans last week for Labor Day, but I am back and ready for another week of yummy meals and easy nights in the kitchen.
My youngest starts pre-k next week, so we will finally be back into a routine and I am literally craving that feeling…I am beyond ready. He is having a lot of anxiety, though, so if you want to send us some positive vibes during this transition, we would appreciate it!

- Italian poultry sausage
- baby spinach
- ricotta or cottage cheese
- egg
- mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- homemade pasta sauce (or no sugar added jarred sauce like Rao’s)
- fresh basil (optional)
Tuesday: 21 Day Fix Mini Bell Pepper Nachos
21 Day Fix: 1 RED, 1 GREEN, 1/2 BLUE, plus toppings (per serving) | WW Freestyle: 7 points (per serving) plus toppings
Groceries:
- homemade salt-free taco seasoning OR the following spices:
chili powder
ground cumin
garlic powder
oregano
salt - ground meat
- mini peppers
