Whether it’s a regular weekday or a special holiday, our table is always gluten free. You might think this makes hosting holidays difficult.
It used to be, but honestly, it’s not anymore. Every holiday – even my upcoming Christmas Eve Party – features only gluten-free dishes made with clean, whole food ingredients, and no one ever knows the difference. Gluten free is still delicious!

My favorite food to serve on Christmas Eve is appetizers! We used to do the 7 fishes on Christmas growing up…but now it’s more like 3 fishes and a bunch of apps, lol.
