While Confessions meal plans typically only include dinners and breakfast- so my readers have the flexibility to choose lunches and snacks- this week I have a FULL and complete 21 Day Fix | Ultimate Portion Fix Meal plan to share with you!ย There are breakfasts, lunches,ย snacks, and dinners here- PLUS a full grocery list and prep tips for your week!ย
Each of the plans was created for 1 person, with the dinners feeding 4-6 (check each recipe for number of servings).ย If you are not cooking dinner for a family, feel free to freeze the extra meals (I love the largeย Souper Cubesย for this!) and save for another time.ย This will allow you to follow the meal plan multiple times without having to do all the prep! Amazing!

Second, I would suggest printing the grocery list for the person in the higher plan first.ย Then, look at the lower plan and add in the items needed on that plan for breakfast, lunch, and snacks.ย The dinners are all identical and should account for multiple people eating them.ย On higher plans (especially E and F) make sure to check if 2 servings of dinner are allotted for a particular meal, and if you will have enough to serve everyone!
Yes! Even if you aren’t following the 21 Day Fix, this eating plan is perfect for anyone who is interested in healthy eating, portion control, prioritizing whole foods, and living a healthy lifestyle.
It’s still important to follow the 21 Day Fix plan on Saturdays and Sundays for optimal results, but you will likely have leftover meals and ingredients after following this plan. And, so, to eliminate food waste, take inventory of your fridge and pantry at the end of the week and create a plan for the weekend. Many people like to get some healthy takeout one night – think yummy salads with grilled protein or a slice of veggie pizza – and we have this helpful Healthy Weekend Meals post to help you even more!

Hi there….. first off, thank you so much for making all these meal plans! It’s a little overwhelming but I know it would be 10 billion times more overwhelming if you hadn’t already put it all together. So thank you! thank you so much for sharing! . I was just wondering though, how can I make sure that I don’t go beyond 1200 carlories? The food plan for A category States it’s 1200 to 1499, but I don’t want to go beyond 1200… How can I assure that?

It’s hard to ensure that you wouldn’t go over 1200 calories unless you were inputting everything into a tracker like Myfitnesspal. The reason for the range in calories is because the creators of 21 Day Fix wanted to focus on portion control and variety, not exact calorie counting. Hope that helps!

I am starting out this 21 Day Fix and i am meal plan E. I saw that your first volume included 21 day fix meal plan E, however your volume 2 and so forth does not include plan E. Why is that?

That is a great question! Vol 5, 6, and 7 all have plan E and F included. Vol 1 also does because it was redone and republished after we started including E and F in the plans. We can work on adding E and F to Vol 2-4. Thanks for the feedback!

I must confess that I never liked cooking (baking is my preference), but just when I thought you made my life easier, you went even further by offering the printable version of the 21 day fix brackets! I’ve been enjoying your hard work for almost a year and kept telling myself that I should reach out to you. I’m not much of a social media gal, but you have had such a positive impact in my life that I have to acknowledge all your doing and say thank you. I didn’t even know what an instant pot was, but now that I own one, my family has seen the cook in me come out and boy are they stoked!
