Ingredients

Monday:  Chicken in Vodka Sauce {21 Day Fix}

Groceries: 

  • turkey bacon (nitrate-free)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • olive oil
  • 1/2 red onion
  • red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 28 oz crushed tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup plus 1 T of vodka
  • plain Greek yogurt
  • Parmesan cheese
  • fresh basil
  • dried oregano flakes
  • 2 boneless chicken breasts, grilled or baked
  • Pasta or Zoodles

Tuesday:  21 Day Fix Mexican Lasagna

Groceries: 

  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 lb lean ground sirloin or other protein
  • 2 T salt free taco seasoning
  • 1 1/3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1/4 cup of frozen corn
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes and green chilies
  • olive oil cooking spray
  • 8 gluten free corn tortillas, cut in half
  • Topping ideas: cilantro, 2/3 cup of diced avocado, diced jalapeno, cilantro lime yogurt sauce

Wednesday: 21 Day Fix Sausage and Pepper Soup

Groceries: 

  • olive oil cooking spray
  • 1 lb of spicy Italian turkey sausage (or sub sweet)
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 (14oz) can of petite diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups of low sodium organic chicken broth or stock
  • fresh basil
  • Parmesan cheese for topping, if desired

Thursday: 21 Day Fix Krispie Baked Chicken and 21 Day Fix Mashed Cauliflower

Groceries: 

  • 1lb chicken tenderloins
  • 1 egg and 1 egg white
  • 2 cups of brown rice cereal
  • garlic powder
  • olive oil cooking spray
  • head of cauliflower
  • plain Greek yogurt
  • Parmesan cheese

Friday: 21 Day Fix Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza

Groceries: 

  • lean grass fed ground beef
  • diced mushrooms
  • 2 slices of all natural, nitrate free turkey bacon
  • red onion
  • 1 tomato
  • baby arugula
  • 2 T of homemade or no sugar added tomato sauce
  • shredded cheddar or your choice of cheese
  • 1 whole grain or gluten free wrap
  • olive oil spray
