Looking for a 21 Day Fix meal plan, Ultimate Portion Fix meal plan, or a Weight Watchers Freestyle meal plan?  I have five of my dinner summer favorites here with container counts and WW points included- complete with a printable grocery list!

Confession: Farm stands are a weakness of mine.  I can’t see one without needing to pull over and buy all the things.

Kinda like when I see a Carvel, but way better for me, I guess (I see you chocolate soft serve).

I love summertime and the fact that there are tons of fresh veggies growing locally.  Sometimes I only have to go as far as my backyard, other times just a short drive.  Either way, I am grateful to live in a place with these yummy finds all summer long without having to step foot into a store!

This week’s meal plan features some of my favorite fruits and veggies- tomatoes, basil, peaches, zucchini, and cucumbers- that are super plentiful right now.  Track down some local produce (or head to the grocery store), and let’s get cookin’!

Summer Favorites Meal Plan

Monday: Easy Caprese Chicken {21 Day Fix}​​

21 Day Fix: 1/2 GREEN, 1/2 BLUE, 1 RED (per serving)  |  WW Freestyle: 5 points (per serving)

Tip #1: Serve with a side salad to keep things easy and minimize clean up!  

Tip #2: Grill up some extra chicken for Tuesday while you’re at the grill. It will keep very nicely in a food storage container, in the fridge.

Groceries: 

  • boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • balsamic vinegar
  • grape or cherry tomatoes
  • fresh mozzarella
  • fresh basil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • liquid stevia (optional)

Tuesday: 21 Day Fix Greek Spaghetti Squash Boats {Gluten-free}

21 Day Fix: 3 GREEN, 1 RED, 1 BLUE, 1 ORANGE (per 1/2 squash serving) |  WW Freestyle: 5 points (per 1/2 squash serving)

Groceries:

  • spaghetti squash
  • baby spinach
  • cherry tomatoes
  • cucumbers
  • red onion
  • black or kalamata olives
  • grilled chicken
  • feta cheese
  • Greek yogurt
  • fresh garlic
  • lemon
  • fresh dill
  • salt and pepper

Wednesday: 21 Day Fix Grilled Pork Tacos with Avocado Peach Salsa

21 Day Fix: 1 RED, 1 YELLOW, 1/2 PURPLE, 1/2 GREEN, 1 BLUE (per serving)  |  WW Freestyle: 8 points (per serving)

Groceries:

  • boneless pork chops
  • salt free taco seasoning
  • olive oil spray
  • salt and pepper
  • corn tortillas
  • shredded lettuce or cabbage
  • peaches
  • avocado
  • red or orange bell pepper
  • red onion
  • jalapeno
  • cilantro
  • lime
  • honey
  • Greek yogurt (optional)

Thursday: Balsamic Chicken and Zucchini Skewers {21 Day Fix}

21 Day Fix: 1 RED, 1 GREEN, 1/3 BLUE, 2 tsp (per serving)  |  WW Freestyle: 6 points (per serving)

Groceries: 

  • balsamic vinegar
  • olive oil
  • fresh garlic
  • honey
  • dijon mustard
  • oregano
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • salt
  • chicken breast
  • red onion
  • zucchini
  • feta cheese
  • wooden skewers

Friday: Taco Pizza {21 Day Fix}

21 Day Fix: 1 1/4 YELLOW, 1/2 RED, 1/4 GREEN, 1/3 BLUE (per serving)  |  WW Freestyle: 4 points (per serving)

Groceries:

  • ground turkey
  • salt-free taco seasoning
  • shredded Mexican cheese
  • fresh salsa, or tomatoes, peppers, red onion and cilantro (use up your veggies from the week!)
  • black beans and corn
  • lime
  • cilantro
  • Flatout wraps, gluten free wraps, or whole wheat wraps
  • olive oil spray
