Confession: I am going to eat whatever I want to eat on Thanksgiving Day and I won’t spend a second feeling guilty about it. And neither should you. One day does NOT define you!
That being said, some of my FAVORITE Thanksgiving dishes happen to be very healthy remakes of my family’s traditional dishes. My Sweet Potato Casserole is so good, I could eat it for dessert! My Crispy Brussels Sprouts are downright addicting, and my mom claims my Pumpkin Pie is the best she’s ever had.
