Oh 2017…you were a very good year.
My husband and I were just reminiscing about it last night. While I feel like this year flew by in a blink, we have some wonderful memories and happy times to look back on.
And blog wise…you guys, I almost can’t believe how wonderful this year has been. First, my blogging partnership with Becca, Stephanie, and Carrie has been incredible. Our Facebook groups – 21 Day Fix Recipes, Tips, and Support and 21 Day Fix Instant Pot Community are not only growing by the day, but they are true communities and we are just so darn proud of them. We have so much planned for the new year, too! Woohoo!
Speaking of the Instant Pot Community, this has definitely been the year of the Instant Pot, right? Not only do I get asked about it daily, so many of my most popular recipes of the year are for the IP. Total craziness! If you are still on the fence about getting one, here are Five Reasons why you need one in your life.
Anyway, as exciting as 2017 has been, I am even more pumped for 2018. Watch out for some pretty awesome (and helpful) things to be rolled out this January!
For now, check out this list of the most popular 21 Day Fix Recipes of 2017.
Happy New Year to the best readers on the internet! I <3 you guys!

Instant Pot Chicken Tortilla Soup
My most popular recipe of this year by far…and probably the recipe I have made the most this year myself!
Instant Pot Chicken Marsala (Stove-Top Option)
Super popular this year thanks to the Instant Pot groups out there! This recipe is so easy, but makes you feel like a gourmet cook.
I love you guys. You trust me even when I tell you to put cereal on your chicken! My most popular non Instant Pot recipe of the year couldn’t be easier or more delicious!
The recipe that started this Instant Pot madness!
Instant Pot Balsamic Pork Tenderloin
This recipe is relatively new, and yet it’s in the top five of the year…which is pretty incredible! It’s a remake of a crock pot recipe, but it tastes complete different in the Instant Pot. I love added potatoes and carrots to the pot for an easy, one pot meal!
Buffalo Chicken Pizza –Oh man…this is exactly the reminder I needed to make this recipe again STAT!
Pulled Pork with Maple BBQ Sauce {Crock Pot/Instant Pot} Do other people get excited about homemade BBQ sauce? Some of you clearly do because this recipe is in the top ten of the year…makes me happy because this sauce was such a win for me!
Instant Pot Mac and Cheese {Gluten-free} –This one uses a super sneaky ingredient to make it creamy without the extra fat!
Instant Pot Flank Steak Tacos – These are so darn tasty, I have had readers use the leftover juice to make a soup!
Cinnamon Bun French Toast Cups (Dairy-free/Gluten-free) – I originally made these as a holiday breakfast, but now we prep them ALL THE TIME!!! Such an easy breakfast!
Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes {Gluten-free} I love that you love these as much as we do! I have a mini recipe coming out soon, too! Can’t wait!
Turkey Burgers with Goat Cheese and Citrus Maple Dijon The secret is the sauce…the Citrus Maple Dijon is to die for people. Definitely one of my personal recipe favorites of this year!
Lazy Zucchini Enchilada Skillet I made a few different versions of this one Saturday afternoon…it was a freaking happy day in my house, let me tell you! LOVE this one skillet meal so much!
Stuffed Acorn Squash with Sausage, Spinach, and Feta Remember the time when we all went crazy over Acorn Squash this Fall? I’m pretty sure I ate this recipe everyday for a month!
I love anything mini and these are so great for meal prep! Just pop them in the microwave- so easy!
