Looking for a 21 Day Fix Meal plan complete with dinner and breakfast already planned?  This meal plan is full of cozy dishes, perfect for this time of year! WW points, printable grocery list, and meal planning spreadsheet included, too.

Breakfast: Instant Pot Frittata

21 Day Fix: 1 GREEN, 1 RED, 1/4 BLUE (per muffin) | WW: Green- 6 points; Blue- 3 points; Purple- 3 points (per serving) | [Recipe makes 4 servings]

Groceries: 

  • olive oil cooking spray
  • ½ cup feta cheese (can sub favorite cheese)
  • 3 1/2 cups fresh baby spinach (can sub kale or other leafy veggie)
  • ½ cup diced onion
  • 6 eggs
  • ¼ cup original almond milk (can sub any milk you have on hand)
  • 4 slices turkey bacon (can sub pork bacon)
  • salt

Monday: Grilled or Air Fryer Steak with Healthy Sweet Potato Casserole

Steak – 21 Day Fix: 1 RED, 1 TSP (per 1/2 c. serving) | WW Blue: 5 points (per 8 oz steak) | [Recipe makes 2 steaks]

Casserole – 21 Day Fix: 1 GREEN, 1 YELLOW, 1/4 BLUE, 2 TSP (per serving) | WW Blue: 9 points (per serving) | [Recipe makes 6 servings]

Groceries: 

Steak

  • 2 Strip Steaks (about 8 oz and at least 1. 5 inches thick) You can also use Ribeye or Filet Mignon
  • coarse Kosher or sea salt
  • coarse ground black pepper
  • olive oil
  • salted butter or ghee

Casserole

  • 3 sweet potatoes
  • 6 cups butternut squash (about 1 squash or use frozen)
  • 2 T melted coconut oil or butter
  • sea salt + black pepper
  • ground cinnamon
  • maple syrup
  • vegan butter (or you can use more coconut oil instead)
  • 1/2 cup pecans (you can increase this to 1 cup if you want)
  • coconut oil
  • honey

Tuesday: Sheet Pan Nachos

21 Day Fix: 1 YELLOW, 1 RED, 1/2-1 GREEN, 1/2-1 BLUE plus toppings (per 12 nachos) | WW: Purple – 9 points; Blue- 9 points; Green- 9 Points plus toppings (per 12 nachos) | [Recipe makes 4+ servings]

Groceries:

  • 8 corn tortillas
  • Olive or avocado oil cooking spray
  • 1 lb ground chicken, beef, or turkey
  • 1 cup of canned tomato sauce
  • salt
  • 12 T Salt Free Taco Seasoning
  • Optional – 2 cups of frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1/21 cup homemade or store bought pico de gallo or chopped cherry tomatoes
  • 1 1/3 cup freshly shredded sharp cheddar or your favorite cheese
  • optional toppings: diced avocado or guacamole, diced red onion, cilantro, jalapeños, plain greek yogurt

Wednesday: Instant Pot Sausage and Lentil Soup

  • 1 lb of sweet or spicy Italian Chicken or Turkey Sausage
  • 1/2 of an onion
  • 1 1/2 cups of carrots
  • 1 1/2 cups of celery
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 cups of zucchini
  • 1 1/2 cups of Bob’s Red Mill dry lentils
  • 6 cups of low sodium chicken stock or broth
  • 2 cups of baby spinach
  • fresh basil or sub dried
  • Himalayan salt
  • crushed red pepper
  • (optional) Pecorino Romano cheese

Thursday: Stuffed Acorn Squash with Sausage, Spinach, and Feta

  • 1/2 cup of feta cheese (or sub your favorite cheese)
  • 2 T of pecorino romano
  • sea or Himalayan salt

Friday: Grilled Lemon-Herb Pork Chops with Instant Pot Loaded Cauliflower Mash

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 2 T parm cheese
  • 4 tsp butter
  • salt
  • fresh chives
  • ⅔ cup of cheddar
  • 1 cup broth (can sub water)
