Get ready- it’s another FULL 21 Day Fix Meal Plan! As in, all your containers for 5 days, totally planned out.
And wait! It gets better. This full meal plan is packed with the most simple meals and prep I could think of. Like crazy simple. If you’ve followed one of my full plans before, this is even easier. Think dump and go recipes and 20 minute one skillet dinners. You’re welcome.
I took a lot of inspo from my 21 Day Fix Lazy Meal Prep | Low Maintenance Recipes to Prep in Little Time post and put together a week I’m pretty excited for, especially after coming home from a week at Disney. It was an amazing trip, but this Momma is tired. You guys, there is no one that needs this simple meal plan more than me!
Some things to note:
- This FULL meal plan has breakfasts, lunches, snacks, and dinners
- Printables include a full grocery list and a 1 page meal plan for each calorie bracket
- If you don’t drink Shakeology there is an option for you to sub an alternative food
- There are Treat Swaps in the meal plan. If you need some ideas for tasty FIX approved treats, I included a few links below!

- If you observe lent, there are suggestions for how to modify Friday’s meals

How many people does this Ultimate Portion Fix meal plan feed?
Each of the plans was created for 1 person, with the dinners feeding 4-6 (check each recipe for number of servings). If you are not cooking dinner for a family, feel free to freeze the extra meals (I love the large Souper Cubes for this!) and save for another time. This will allow you to follow the meal plan multiple times without having to do all the prep! Amazing!
What if my husband or roommate wants to follow this plan too? How do we use the printable grocery list?
First, yay! It’s so helpful to follow the Portion Fix with a partner!
Second, I would suggest printing the grocery list for the person in the higher plan first. Then, look at the lower plan and add in the items needed in that plan for breakfast, lunch, and snacks- the dinners are all identical and should account for multiple people eating them. On higher plans (especially E and F) make sure to check if 2 servings of dinner are allotted for a meal and if you will have enough to serve everyone!

Thank you so, so much for doing these full meal plans! I must say this is the first time I’ve been able to do a full round of The 21 Day Fix with complete success. (This is my 5th week doing the full meal plans) I love not having to think about breakfast, lunch or snacks…usually plan out my dinners but often fail on the other meals (especially snacks) I decided I would do the plan in full-even things I think I don’t like… and have been pleasantly surprised! Even started to tolerate plain greek yogurt! Thank you again and I hope you have some more full meal volumes in the works for the near future!!!

Question, I noticed on the meal plan that you only have Monday through Friday what do you do on Saturday and Sundays? Just eat the leftovers?
This is AMAZING btw I’m so excited to get in the kitchen this week. It all looks and sounds so delicious. The simplicity is incredible that is half the battle for me.

Hi! Yes, for the most part leftovers and using up random ingredients on the weekend is going to be most helpful for avoiding food waste and getting the most out of your groceries.
