While you are reading this, I am most likely on my way to my College Alumni Weekend…at the actual university that I attended WAAAAAYYY too many years ago and I cannot wait to take it all in! Typically my college BFFs and I meet up once a year at a different location for a weekend, but this year is the 150th anniversary of my Sorority (it feels like it’s been that long since I was there 😂), so the perfect excuse for us to go and relive the good old days (and yes, I feel about 80 years old saying that).
Anyway, this is just one more event in a very eventful May and June, and I know many of you can relate to the calendar being crazy. Meal planning and meal prep is extra hard when life is this busy, but help is on the way! As promised, we are kicking June off with a BRAND NEW FULL PLAN! Meet Lucky Volume 13!!
While Confessions meal plans typically only include dinners and breakfast- so my readers have the flexibility to choose lunches and snacks- this week I have a FULL and complete 21 Day Fix | Ultimate Portion Fix Meal plan to share with you! There are breakfasts, lunches, snacks, and dinners here- PLUS a full grocery list and prep tips for your week!
Be sure you check out ALL the printables at the bottom of this post, including the meal plan at a glance and print and go grocery list for each plan.
As you explore this post, things to note:
- This FULL meal plan has breakfasts, lunches, snacks, and dinners
- Printables (scroll all the way down!) include a full grocery list, prep tips, and a 1 page meal plan for each calorie bracket
- If you don’t drink Shakeology there is an option for you to sub an alternative food
- There are Treat Swaps in the meal plan [Plans B and up]. If you need some ideas for tasty FIX approved treats, I included a few links below! Wine is a good choice, too!
- Plans A-F are all included with precise container counts
- The meals are already loaded into the Confessions auto-updating spreadsheet tool. Not sure how to use it? Find a tutorial here. Then, scroll down to the printables to find the spreadsheet for this plan.
How many people does this Ultimate Portion Fix meal plan feed?
Each of the plans was created for 1 person, with the dinners feeding 4-6 (check each recipe for number of servings). If you are not cooking dinner for a family, feel free to freeze the extra meals (I love the large Souper Cubes for this!) and save for another time. This will allow you to follow the meal plan multiple times without having to do all the prep! Amazing!
What if my husband or roommate wants to follow this plan too? How do we use the printable grocery list?
First, yay! It’s so helpful to follow the portion fix with a partner!
Second, I would suggest printing the grocery list for the person in the higher plan first. Then, look at the lower plan and add in the items needed on that plan for breakfast, lunch, and snacks. The dinners are all identical and should account for multiple people eating them. On higher plans (especially E and F) make sure to check if 2 servings of dinner are allotted for a particular meal, and if you will have enough to serve everyone!

Featured recipes in this Vol. 13 Full Meal Plan:
One Pan Baked Oatmeal – I shared this tiktok copycat recipe on reels and it has been SO popular since. The easiest meal prep breakfast recipe ever and also super delicious.
Create Your Own Cobb Salad using this ranch dressing – I love a good Cobb Salad and the flexibility of different protein and veggie toppings. The Greek Yogurt Ranch dressing is so yummy, but if you are looking for dairy free, feel free to swap it for this Dairy Free Ranch Dressing from Grandnanny’s house. Just count the dressing as an orange and take out the flax seeds in the morning snack.
Air Fryer Chicken Cutlets [Gluten-Free] – Just like my Grandma used to make, these Chicken Cutlets are delicious and kid friendly, too! No Air Fryer? I added oven directions for you!
Instant Pot Chicken Carnitas with Avocado Peach Salsa – Probably my favorite taco recipe on the blog, which is saying a lot because I have so many! But that peach salsa 🤤. If you can’t find ripe peaches, sub mango!
Instant Pot Caprese Chicken – This is a go-to recipe all summer long, especially when my garden tomatoes come in, but I honestly love it all year long because it’s SO easy! And I know it says Instant Pot, but there are slow cooker instructions, too! You could also make my One Skillet Caprese Chicken for similar container counts!
Air Fryer Pork Tenderloin – A staple here! Once you make pork tenderloin in the air fryer, you will never go back! Serve it with my also NEW Copycat Rice a Roni [Instant Pot] and some store bought or Instant Pot Applesauce. (Oven instructions included for pork!)
Hot Honey Pizza with Ricotta (Gluten Free) – This pizza. I cannot wait for you to try this! And the homemade Greek yogurt pizza crust is AMAZING. Feel free to sub the crust with whatever FIX approved pizza crust you want to see!
Healthy Brownies – since so many of you guys made these for the Confessions Cooking Club, there are here on this plan! And if you haven’t made them, you still have time – the May cooking club closes Tuesday, June 7th.

Stacey French says
I’m just wondering if the seeds in the oatmeal and fruit recipe count as an Orange because they do in the Greek yogurt with seeds
Nancylynn says
Hi Stacey! It would be 1/6 of an orange per serving of oatmeal, so we don’t count it! But you’re welcome to do so if you want to, or you could use a little less than 2 Tbsp on your Greek yogurt and call it even!
Janis P. says
I love this volume full meal plan. It makes my life so easy to have even my snacks accounted for. Thank you!!!
