I know, that’s a pretty big statement coming from someone who founded their blog on the 21 Day Fix portion control system. I also know I have a HUGE Beachbody following, but please hear me out.
There are countless reasons why different programs work for different people- medical, psychological, emotional- and that has to be okay. Weight loss vs. weight maintenance can play a role in what works for different people at different times, too!
